How to find the right transfer?

How to find my driver?
If the transfer is from the airport the driver will wait for you in the arrival hall with a placard with your name. If the transfer is from another address such as a hotel or a private house, your driver will be waiting at the reception at the time you agreed on your reservation voucher.
Can I be sure the driver will meet me?
If your pickup point is at the airport, we guarantee that the driver will do everything possible to find you, he will have your phone number and you will also have the phone number of the driver. If the flight is delayed

How to pay?
You must pay the total price of the trip through our secure payment system. In case of cancellation within the 48 hours before the transfer, your payment will be fully refunded.

Will I receive my payment in advance in case of cancellation of my reservation?
Yes, if you cancel your reservation more than 48 hours before the transfer, we will fully refund the payment in advance. If the trip does not take place due to any mistake related to our service, the payment will also be refunded. Payment will be returned within 5 banking days.
Is the price for the car or per passenger?
The price is for the car. It does not depend on the number of passengers. Each type of vehicle is supplied with information about passenger and standard luggage capacities.
